Aircom Systems, a renowned player in the technology sector, has expanded its business partnership with Cambium Networks, a global industry leader that provides high tech end-to-end wireless connectivity systems.
The agreement will grant Aircom Systems the authorization to promote and distribute a wide array of wireless connectivity services within the East African regional area to countries like Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, D.R. Congo, South Sudan, Eritrea, Malawi, and Ethiopia.
Aircom has more than 11 years of experience serving the East African market, and the firm intends to use a network of resellers comprising telecoms, ISPs, managed service providers, and system integrators to propagate its reach to its target markets.

With the aftershocks of the Covid-19 pandemic still being felt, Cambium Networks predicted that remote working was a trend in the corporate world that was here to stay, leading workers to migrate from city center-based work.
Uganda has experienced a growth in wireless broadband internet reach to several areas outside the city center that were previously unreached.
Industry experts believe 2022 will see continued demand for high-speed wireless broadband, leading to the deployment of hybrid wireless/wired networks by service providers and private network entities.
