In an effort to enhance its community engagement efforts, MTN Uganda has announced the appointment of Chief Community Officers (CCOs) that will play a critical role in enabling the company to better understand the needs of communities in Uganda. This type of grassroots community engagement is key in helping MTN execute a needs driven strategy.

We believe that by understanding the needs and aspirations of our customers, we will be able to better serve them and create an even greater impact in their lives. We are here to support your hustle. If you succeed, we also succeed and together, we are unstoppable,” said Somdev.
Bogera added that : “As we continue to grow and expand our services across Uganda, it is critical that we deepen our engagement with the communities we serve. The appointment of Chief Community Officers reflects our commitment to listening to our customers and developing strategies that help them to continue doing great things in their businesses, families, and community”.
